- REMITIR por intermedio de la Secretaria General, el escrito que contiene la accion de tutela instaurada por el senor Jaime Sanchez Garcia en contra de la Sala Quinta de Revision de la Corte Constitucional, a la Subseccion "C" del Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, y dentro de los terminos establecidos, decida la citada accion.
